Phase 4: Add Elite Speed

Goal: Achieve Swing Speed 115+mph

This plan is to final piece for those that want truly elite swing speed.  It can be done after the phase 3 plan, or for those that have been lifting weight regularly for at least 3 months.  This plan contains complex power work with high speed swing protocols with Rypstick (or similar device).  To control elite speed, sequencing is important as well, so it has optional Mach3 sequencing work for those that need it.  It also contains elements of phase 1 for maintaining movement quality.

  • Duration: 12 Weeks
  • Frequency: 2 to 3x per week
  • Workout Length: 45-60 minutes
  • Location: at Gym/or home
  • Optional: additional 3x week

This plan is designed to be done in a gym, or at home if you have version of the equipment listed below.

These tools are needed to complete the optional phase 1 at home workouts.  The home workouts are geared to improve mobility and reduce pain when playing.
