TRAINING FOR PERFORMANCE

Athletics require specific movement qualities that must be trained in a specific manner to reduce injury and improve performance. General physical fitness training programs (crossfit, bootcamps, personal trainers) are not designed to train these qualities in their specific manner, and will often leave athletes performing below their potential. For this reason we perform extensive testing on every athlete. The testing results allow us to focus the athletes time on the specific qualities they lack, thus resulting in the quickest changes to performance.
